"Beginning my career as a joiner's apprentice straight after leaving school, I spent four years learning my trade before moving on to roofing for another three. After that, I spent five years fitting kitchen appliances on new construction sites, gaining my gas certification during that time. In 2020, I started renovating houses, which gave me the opportunity to bring all my skills together and manage full property refurbishments from start to finish.
I co-founded the company in 2023, with the aim to deliver reliable, high-quality services across every aspect of property management and renovation. As Managing Director, I oversee the day-to-day running of the business, manage operations, and work closely with both our team and our clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.
My role involves everything from delegating tasks and answering technical questions to liaising with property management companies and developing new opportunities for the business. I’m passionate about what we do and committed to building strong relationships with our clients while continuing to grow and improve the company".
"I joined the company in 2024, bringing with me a background in logistics and operations from the fashion industry, where I learned the importance of efficiency, attention to detail, and clear communication. Following that, I worked as an operations administrator at the head office of a student accommodation provider, being responsible for compliance and internal processes.
I’m currently involved in the day-to-day running of operations. My responsibilities include managing invoices, placing orders, coordinating bookings, and liaising with both clients and tenants. I also oversee internal processes, delegate tasks, and manage personnel to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes".
